Unfortunately, my gym is at work - and I'm at work from about 7am... the gates don't open until about 6:45.

I could go to the gym in my apartment building, but they don't open until 6... which would also not give me enough time for a workout and still getting to work.

The other option would be lunch time, but I rather like to either catch up on the morning's work then, or actually take a mid-day break.

So, after work it is, for me :)

One of the reasons I try to go to the gym in the morning before work is that then it's out of the way - I can feel smirky because I went to the gym that morning, and when I finish work I can go home and get cosy in my beanbag because I already achieved that day's gym goals.

Although, as it turns out, being sick means you kinda don't have a choice...
